RRB Paramedical भर्ती रेलवे में अलग-अलग medical और paramedical posts पर नियुक्ति के लिए Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) द्वारा आयोजित की जाती है। इस recruitment में Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiography, Dialysis, ECG, Optometry, Laboratory और अन्य healthcare-related posts शामिल हो सकती हैं।
वर्तमान में CEN No. 05/2026 – Recruitment of Para-Medical Categories के तहत विभिन्न Paramedical Posts के लिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया चल रही है। यह Page RRB Paramedical recruitment से जुड़ी vacancy, eligibility, application process, exam pattern, syllabus, medical standards, salary, selection process और आगे आने वाले admit card, result जैसे updates को एक ही जगह समझने में मदद करेगा।

RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2026: Current Status
Current Recruitment Status: Application Open
CEN 05/2026 के तहत RRB ने Para-Medical Categories में विभिन्न posts के लिए detailed notification जारी किया है। Online application process 15 September 2026 से शुरू हुआ है।
इस recruitment में candidate को अपनी eligibility के अनुसार post और Railway preference चुननी होती है। Detailed notification के अनुसार candidate केवल एक RRB चुन सकता है। एक से अधिक RRB या multiple applications submit करने पर applications reject हो सकती हैं और debarment भी हो सकता है।
CBT की date detailed notification में अभी घोषित नहीं की गई है। CBT और आगे के recruitment notices official RRB website पर जारी किए जाएंगे।
RRB Paramedical क्या है?
RRB Paramedical, Railway Recruitment Boards द्वारा Railway में medical और paramedical categories की भर्ती के लिए आयोजित recruitment process है।
इन posts में healthcare qualification रखने वाले candidates के लिए अलग-अलग opportunities होती हैं। Post के अनुसार educational qualification, age limit, medical standard और salary level अलग हो सकते हैं।
इसलिए RRB Paramedical में apply करने से पहले केवल अपनी educational qualification देखना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Candidate को संबंधित post का age limit, medical standard और specific qualification भी check करना चाहिए।

RRB और Railway Zone के अनुसार vacancy distribution अलग है। Notification में दी गई vacancies provisional हैं और Railway Administration की आवश्यकता के अनुसार इनमें increase, decrease या change हो सकता है।
RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2026

RRB Paramedical Previous Vacancy Trend
RRB Paramedical भर्ती में vacancies हर recruitment cycle में अलग रही हैं। अगर पिछले recruitment cycles को देखें, तो RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2024 में कुल 1,376 vacancies जारी की गई थीं। इसके बाद 2025 recruitment cycle में vacancies घटकर 434 रह गईं, जबकि 2026 के CEN 05/2026 में कुल 590 vacancies जारी की गई हैं।

इस trend से पता चलता है कि RRB Paramedical में vacancies हर साल एक जैसी नहीं रहती हैं। इसलिए किसी आगामी recruitment में vacancies कितनी होंगी, इसका अनुमान केवल पिछले आंकड़ों से नहीं लगाया जाना चाहिए। नई भर्ती के लिए संबंधित वर्ष की official RRB notification को ही अंतिम और विश्वसनीय source माना जाना चाहिए।

RRB Paramedical Notification
RRB Paramedical recruitment का official detailed notification CEN 05/2026 है।
इस notification में vacancy, post-wise qualification, age limit, medical standards, reservation, fee, application procedure, CBT, selection process, syllabus और अन्य recruitment rules दिए गए हैं।
Candidates को application submit करने से पहले पूरा notification पढ़ने की सलाह दी गई है। खासकर जिस post के लिए apply करना है, उसके Annexure A में दिए qualification और medical requirements को जरूर check करना चाहिए।
RRB Paramedical Eligibility Criteria
RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2026 में आवेदन करने से पहले उम्मीदवार को यह जरूर check कर लेना चाहिए कि उसकी educational qualification, age limit और medical requirements संबंधित post के अनुसार पूरी होती हैं या नहीं। अलग-अलग Paramedical posts के लिए eligibility conditions अलग हैं। इसलिए आवेदन करने से पहले RRB Paramedical Eligibility 2026 की पूरी जानकारी जरूर देखें।
RRB Paramedical eligibility post के अनुसार अलग-अलग है। सभी posts के लिए एक जैसी qualification लागू नहीं होती।
Educational Qualification
कुछ प्रमुख qualifications इस प्रकार हैं:
Nursing Superintendent
Candidate के पास Registered Nurse and Midwife के रूप में certificate होना चाहिए और Indian Nursing Council द्वारा recognized school/institution से 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery course पूरा होना चाहिए।
B.Sc Nursing candidates भी prescribed conditions के अनुसार eligible हैं।
Dialysis Technician
B.Sc के साथ Haemodialysis में Diploma या reputed institution में 2 years satisfactory in-house training/experience prescribed है।
B.Sc in Dialysis Techniques, Dialysis Technology या Renal Dialysis Technology जैसी qualifications को भी notification में acceptable/equivalent बताया गया है।
Health & Malaria Inspector Grade II
B.Sc में Chemistry को Main या Optional subject के रूप में पढ़ा होना चाहिए। इसके साथ Health/Sanitary Inspector का one-year Diploma या prescribed one-year NTC qualification चाहिए।
Audiologist & Speech Therapist
Recognized University से Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) और Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration आवश्यक है।
Pharmacist (Entry Grade)
Recognized University/Institute से Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (Allopathic) और Pharmacy Act, 1948 के तहत Pharmacist registration चाहिए।
Notification में Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) के साथ prescribed registration को भी acceptable बताया गया है।
Radiographer X-Ray Technician
10+2 में Physics और Chemistry के साथ recognized institute से 2-year Diploma in Radiography, X-Ray Technician या Radiodiagnosis Technology चाहिए।
Notification में कुछ related radiography/imaging qualifications को भी equivalent/acceptable बताया गया है।
ECG Technician
10+2 या Science में graduation के साथ ECG Laboratory Technology, Cardiology, Cardiology Technician या Cardiology Techniques में prescribed certificate, diploma या degree चाहिए। Certificate course minimum one year duration का होना चाहिए।
Optometrist
B.Sc in Optometry या 3–4 year duration का Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician चाहिए। संबंधित Council/Licensing Body में registration भी आवश्यक है।
Lab Assistant Grade II
12th Science के साथ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) या prescribed Medical Lab Technology certificate course चाहिए। Notification में B.Sc MLT को भी equivalent qualification के रूप में स्वीकार किया गया है।
ऊपर दी गई qualifications CEN 05/2026 के post parameters पर आधारित हैं।
Qualification की Cut-off Date
Candidate के पास prescribed educational/technical/professional qualification online application की closing date यानी 14 October 2026 तक होनी चाहिए।
जिस candidate का final qualifying result उस date तक जारी नहीं हुआ है, वह इस recruitment के लिए eligible नहीं है।
RRB Paramedical Age Limit
Age limit post के अनुसार अलग है और age की calculation 1 January 2027 के आधार पर की जाएगी।
सबसे कम lower age limit 18 years है, जबकि अलग-अलग posts के लिए upper age limit 30, 33, 35 या 40 years तक है।
Candidate को अपनी post के अनुसार age range check करनी चाहिए, क्योंकि सभी paramedical posts के लिए एक समान age limit नहीं है।
RRB Paramedical Age Relaxation
Notification में eligible categories के लिए upper-age relaxation का provision है।

एक candidate को एक से अधिक grounds पर मिलने वाली age relaxation cumulative रूप से नहीं जोड़ी जाएगी। Applicable rules के अनुसार eligible maximum relaxation ही दी जाएगी।
RRB Paramedical Medical Standard
Medical fitness RRB Paramedical recruitment का important eligibility factor है।
CEN 05/2026 में अलग-अलग posts के लिए B-1, C-1 और C-2 जैसे medical standards निर्धारित हैं।

B-1, C-1 और C-2 standards में vision तथा general medical fitness की अलग requirements हैं। Railway Medical Authority द्वारा medical examination किया जाएगा।
यदि candidate opted post के prescribed medical standard में medically unsuitable पाया जाता है, तो notification के अनुसार उसे alternative appointment नहीं दिया जाएगा।
RRB Paramedical Application Fee
CEN 05/2026 में application fee category के अनुसार है।

Fee online mode से जमा करनी होगी। Internet banking, debit/credit card और UPI जैसे modes notification में दिए गए हैं।
EBC और EWS/OBC को एक जैसा नहीं माना जाना चाहिए। EBC concession के लिए notification में अलग conditions और valid supporting documents निर्धारित हैं।
RRB Paramedical Apply Online
RRB Paramedical application केवल official RRB online system के माध्यम से submit की जानी चाहिए।
Application भरते समय candidate को पहले अपनी eligibility और desired post की requirements check करनी चाहिए।
Application के मुख्य steps
- Official RRB website खोलें।
- CEN 05/2026 Para-Medical recruitment section पर जाएं।
- Create an Account या available account option का उपयोग करें।
- Personal और communication details भरें।
- केवल एक RRB select करें।
- Eligible post और Railway preferences भरें।
- Required information और documents submit करें।
- Live photograph capture करें।
- Signature और applicable certificate upload करें।
- Examination fee online pay करें।
- Application final submit करें।
- Application confirmation और registration details सुरक्षित रखें।
Create an Account में भरी गई basic details, जैसे mobile number और email ID, बाद में change नहीं की जा सकतीं। Chosen RRB भी modification window में बदला नहीं जा सकता।
RRB Paramedical Application में कौन से Documents चाहिए?
Application के दौरान candidate को notification के अनुसार required information और documents तैयार रखने चाहिए।
विशेष रूप से:
- Educational qualification details
- Date of birth और age-related details
- Category certificate, जहां applicable हो
- EWS/OBC-NCL आदि के applicable certificates
- PwBD related documents, जहां applicable हों
- Ex-Serviceman documents, जहां applicable हों
- Scanned signature
- SC/ST certificate, यदि free train travel facility का benefit लिया जा रहा है
SC/ST candidates जो free railway travel pass लेना चाहते हैं, उन्हें prescribed SC/ST certificate upload करना होता है।
Signature JPG/JPEG format में, black ink और white paper पर running handwriting में होना चाहिए। Notification में size, resolution और dimensions की specific requirements दी गई हैं।
RRB Paramedical Live Photograph
Application process में candidate की live photograph capture की जाती है।
इसलिए candidate को application भरते समय camera के सामने prescribed conditions के अनुसार photograph capture करना चाहिए। Photograph के लिए pre-existing photo upload करने के बजाय application system में live capture की व्यवस्था दी गई है।
Application में photograph और signature की authenticity बाद के recruitment stages में भी verify की जा सकती है।
RRB Paramedical Application Correction
Application submit करने के बाद eligible details में modification का अवसर दिया गया है।
Modification Window: 17 October 2026 से 26 October 2026
Modification के लिए ₹250 non-refundable fee per occasion निर्धारित है।
लेकिन दो important details change नहीं की जा सकतीं:
- Create an Account में भरी गई details
- Chosen RRB
इसलिए final submission से पहले information carefully check करना जरूरी है।
Notification में अलग से application withdrawal window का provision इस recruitment के लिए नहीं बताया गया है; इसलिए withdrawal facility मानकर चलना उचित नहीं है।
RRB Paramedical Selection Process
CEN 05/2026 में recruitment का मुख्य selection sequence इस प्रकार है:
Computer Based Test (CBT) → Document Verification (DV) → Medical Examination → Empanelment/Appointment
CBT में performance के आधार पर candidates को आगे के stages के लिए shortlist किया जाएगा। Shortlisting RRB-wise vacancy के अनुसार की जाती है और multiple-shift CBT होने पर marks normalization का provision है।
Document Verification के समय original certificates के आधार पर eligibility verify की जाएगी। इसके बाद prescribed medical fitness जरूरी है।
इस recruitment में अलग से PET, physical efficiency test, skill test या interview का stage CEN 05/2026 की notified selection process में नहीं दिया गया है।
RRB Paramedical Exam Date 2026
RRB Paramedical Exam Date 2026 अभी Railway Recruitment Boards द्वारा घोषित नहीं की गई है। CEN No. 05/2026 के तहत Computer Based Test (CBT) की तारीख अलग से जारी की जाएगी। जैसे ही RRB परीक्षा कार्यक्रम, Exam City Intimation या E-Call Letter से संबंधित आधिकारिक सूचना जारी करेगा, इस pillar page पर उसकी जानकारी अपडेट की जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा तिथि के लिए केवल आधिकारिक RRB वेबसाइट और इस भर्ती से संबंधित official notices पर भरोसा करना चाहिए।
RRB Paramedical Exam Pattern
RRB Paramedical भर्ती की तैयारी कर रहे उम्मीदवारों के लिए RRB Paramedical Exam Pattern 2026 समझना भी जरूरी है। इससे CBT में पूछे जाने वाले questions, marks, exam duration, negative marking और subject-wise weightage को समझने में मदद मिलती है। परीक्षा की तैयारी शुरू करने से पहले exam pattern को एक बार जरूर देखें।
RRB Paramedical CBT objective-type questions पर आधारित है।

हर गलत answer पर 1/3 mark negative marking है।
Multiple shifts में CBT होने पर marks normalization का provision है।
RRB Paramedical Minimum Qualifying Marks
CBT में minimum qualifying percentage category के अनुसार है:

जहां reserved PwBD vacancies को minimum qualifying percentage के साथ भरना संभव न हो, notification में prescribed conditions के तहत qualifying marks में up to 2 marks relaxation का provision है।
RRB Paramedical Syllabus
RRB Paramedical syllabus में professional subject का बड़ा हिस्सा होता है। इसके साथ common subjects भी पूछे जाते हैं।

Number System, BODMAS, fractions, LCM-HCF, ratio, percentage, mensuration, time and work, time and distance, interest, profit-loss, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, age calculation, calendar, clock और related topics शामिल हैं।
General Intelligence and Reasoning
Analogy, series, coding-decoding, mathematical operations, relationships, syllogism, Venn diagram, data interpretation, decision making, classification, directions और statement-based questions जैसे topics शामिल हैं।
General Awareness
Current affairs, Indian geography, Indian history और freedom struggle, polity and Constitution, economy, environment, sports तथा scientific and technological developments syllabus का हिस्सा हैं।
General Science
Physics, Chemistry और Life Sciences का syllabus 10th Standard CBSE level तक है।
इन common subjects के अलावा professional ability में candidate की संबंधित paramedical field से जुड़े topics पूछे जाएंगे।

RRB Paramedical Salary
RRB Paramedical posts अलग-अलग 7th CPC Pay Levels में रखे गए हैं।
Current CEN 05/2026 में initial pay ₹21,700 से ₹44,900 तक है।
सबसे ऊपर Nursing Superintendent Level 7 में है, जबकि Lab Assistant Grade II Level 3 में है। बाकी posts Level 4, 5 और 6 में हैं।
Actual service benefits, allowances और other employment conditions applicable Railway rules के अनुसार होंगे।
RRB Paramedical Job Profile
RRB Paramedical में job profile post के अनुसार अलग होती है।
Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiography, Dialysis, ECG, Optometry, Laboratory और Health Inspection से जुड़े posts के लिए professional qualification का महत्व अधिक है।
हालांकि CEN 05/2026 detailed day-to-day departmental duties की अलग job-profile list नहीं देता। इसलिए किसी specific post की daily responsibilities को notification से बाहर की अनुमानित information के रूप में प्रस्तुत नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
RRB Paramedical Exam Centre
CBT और आगे के stages के examination/document verification centres RRB द्वारा निर्धारित किए जाएंगे।
RRB examination centre allotment और recruitment process से जुड़े निर्णयों का अधिकार रखता है। Candidates को अपने selected RRB की official website पर जारी notices और e-call letters पर भरोसा करना चाहिए।
Exam centre से जुड़ी final information e-call letter/official notice में उपलब्ध होने पर ही confirm मानी जानी चाहिए।
RRB Paramedical Posting
Final post और Railway/Unit का allotment केवल CBT merit के आधार पर नहीं होता। Notification के अनुसार merit, candidate preference, reservation और vacancy position को ध्यान में रखा जाता है।
Candidate जिस RRB को select करता है और जिन Railway Zones/posts के लिए preference देता है, allotment उसी framework के अनुसार किया जाता है।
एक बार empanelment होने के बाद candidate को उसी Pay Level की दूसरी post/category के लिए consideration का अधिकार नहीं रहता।
Notification में यह भी बताया गया है कि Railway employee की posting और transfer Railway service rules के अनुसार होगी।
RRB Paramedical Admit Card
RRB Paramedical admit card/e-call letter recruitment के relevant stage से पहले official RRB website के माध्यम से जारी किया जाएगा।
CBT की date और admit card से जुड़ी जानकारी अभी इस CEN में घोषित नहीं है।
जब CBT schedule जारी होगा, इस section में examination date, city information और admit card से जुड़ी verified information update की जा सकती है।
Candidates को केवल official RRB website और अपने registered mobile number/email पर भेजी गई authentic communication पर भरोसा करना चाहिए।
RRB Paramedical Answer Key
CBT के बाद RRB द्वारा answer key से संबंधित notice जारी किया जा सकता है।
यदि official answer key/response sheet जारी होती है, तो candidate अपने answers verify कर सकता है और notification में दिए समय के भीतर applicable objection process का उपयोग कर सकता है।
CEN 05/2026 में CBT answer key की current release date अभी घोषित नहीं है।
RRB Paramedical Result
RRB Paramedical result recruitment process के बाद official RRB website पर जारी किया जाएगा।
CBT result के आधार पर eligible candidates को Document Verification और Medical Examination के लिए shortlist किया जाएगा।
Final selection/empanelment vacancy, merit, post preference, reservation और medical fitness जैसे applicable factors पर depend करेगा।
वर्तमान CEN 05/2026 के लिए final result अभी जारी नहीं हुआ है।
RRB Paramedical Cut Off
RRB Paramedical cut-off को minimum qualifying marks से अलग समझना चाहिए।

RRB Paramedical Previous Year Paper & Preparation
RRB Paramedical की तैयारी में candidate को सबसे पहले अपने selected post का professional syllabus समझना चाहिए।
Preparation को चार हिस्सों में रखा जा सकता है:
- Professional Ability
- General Arithmetic
- Reasoning
- General Awareness और General Science
Professional section के लिए अपनी qualifying course की core subjects को revise करना उपयोगी रहेगा। Common subjects के लिए arithmetic, reasoning, current affairs और 10th-level science पर नियमित practice की जा सकती है।
